When I’m not driving my kids to baseball practice, you’ll find me organizing retreats in Tulum for soulpreneurs like yourself.
I’ve been in your (burnt out) shoes.
From 2017 up until 2021, saying that I was juggling multiple things at once would be an understatement. I was writing a book, traveling across the country for training, running a salon, educating & leading a team, and working full-time behind the chair.
I was e.x.h.a.u.s.t.e.d.
After being 100% ON all the time for years, I realized that I wouldn’t be able to enjoy what I was hustling so hard to get if I don’t take care of myself first.
And my kids didn’t deserve a mama that was constantly overwhelmed, and running on fumes.
That’s when I knew something had to shift.

In that moment, I felt like I was meant to take the training.
The Empty Out practices gave my nervous system the much needed break.
It allowed me to reconnect with myself (in ways I never even imagined) so I could *finally* honor my uncomfortable feelings, simply move and let that sh*t go.
I had no clue at that time how big of an impact somatic practices would have on my life.
It was cathartic, like learning how to breathe again after staying under water.

Not exactly. While there is movement to generate different types of energy, the moving practices inside So(u)lstice aren’t high impact. It will range from low to medium impact, and will include modifications if needed.

Not at all! Somatic movement is all about its about tuning in to your body’s wisdom. They’re actually clinically proven to release energy out of your body… But if you’re into the “woo” we’re here for that too!
